At Dotnlight.in, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all major cities and towns across India through trusted courier partners.
Remote or rural areas may have limited serviceability; in such cases, we’ll inform you promptly.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1200

• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹499

• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: ₹30 extra (if available in your area)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and courier link.
You can also track your order from your Dotnlight account dashboard.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time:

• Contact us at support@dotnlight.in

• We’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue

• Refunds or replacements will be handled as per our Return Policy

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• Wrong/incomplete address

• Unavailability at delivery time

• Refusal to accept the package

…the item will be returned to us. We will contact you to attempt redelivery. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding globally soon!
