1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, with all original packaging, tags, and invoice

Note: Products marked “Non-returnable” (e.g. personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or clearance items) are not eligible unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@dotnlight.in with:

   • Order ID

   • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

   • Brief reason for return

2. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days

3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or share instructions for return shipping

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a refund

• If return is denied (due to misuse or missing parts), no refund will be issued

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

• For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery

5. Exchange Policy

• We offer free exchanges only for defective or wrong items

• If you ordered the wrong variant (e.g., size or color), exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur shipping charges
